Originality In The Age Of AI

A four-part online short course exploring how originality, meaning and cultural relevance create value in a world where generative AI is increasingly accessible to everyone.

Four Fridays in October 2026 · Live online · 55 min/session · €195 + VAT

INTRODUCTION

Generative AI is making creative production faster, cheaper and increasingly accessible. When almost anyone can generate competent images, ideas, copy and concepts, what makes creative work valuable?

Originality in the Age of AI is a four-part live online short course about the things that may become more important—not less—as generative tools become commonplace: originality, cultural understanding, meaning, taste and human judgment.

Rather than teaching AI tools or prompting techniques, the course looks at the bigger creative questions behind them. Each 55-minute session combines a short lecture with examples and discussion.

THE FOUR SESSIONS

01 — Why Originality Matters

What does originality mean, and why does it create value? What happens when competent creative output becomes abundant?

02 — Culture, Meaning & Relevance

Why context, cultural understanding and meaning matter in creating work that connects with people—and why relevance can't simply be automated.

03 — How AI Changes Creative Work

What happens to creative processes, roles and value when generation becomes fast, cheap and accessible?

04 — Taste, Judgment & Selection

When everyone can generate, knowing what is good—and what to choose, edit, reject and develop—becomes increasingly important.

PILOT EDITION · €195 + VAT
